Our prices are in Canadian dollars.  If you are paying with another currency, you can check the current rates at www.xe.com . Your credit card company will provide the conversion on your bill.

We accept payment with Paypal, Visa or Master Card.  If you are a resident of Canada, you can also pay COD.

We deliver throughout the world.

TAX ADVANTAGES
Canadian companies are allowed an exemption of 10% of the commercial value of a work of art by a Canadian artist for the year of acquisition. For the following years, an additional amortization of 33 1/3% is permitted (subject to change).

For example:
If you acquire a painting by a Canadian artist for a value of $1,000, the company can deduct an amount of $100 for the fiscal year of acquisition. For next year and the following years, the company can amortize an additional $300 (33 1/3 % of $1,000-10%).

QST is not charged for paintings delivered outside of Quebec and no taxes (QST and GST) outside of Canada.

REFUND
If your painting does not meet your expectations you may simply return it in its original wrapping with a copy of the invoice within 7 days from the date you received the art work.  You will be refunded the price of the painting(s) as well as the initial mailing costs. You will be responsible for paying any returning fees.

We commit to refund you within 15 days following the receipt of the painting(s).

CUSTOMER GUARANTEE
If the delivered art presents one or more hidden defects, please return it to Galerie O’Carré for refund; in their original packaging within seven days of receiving the product.

RESPONSIBILITY
In the event of a non-executed contract resulting from reasons outside our control, Galerie O’Carré will not be responsible; such as a major catastrophy, postal, transportation or communications-service strikes; or other such disturbances.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The artist retains copyright. The copyright license for the works on www.galerieocarre.com belongs to their creators and to Galerie O’Carré. You must have permission from both parties for all exploitation of copyright.  All elements of this site are protected by copyright, trademark and all other intellectual property rights. No reproduction and/or adaptation can be made without the expressed permission of Galerie O’Carré.
